A multi-tenant SaaS backend for residential society management. One deployment serves multiple societies, with strict tenant-isolated data access, deployed and running live.
Stateless auth with Spring Security 6 and JWT, plus OTP-based passwordless login over email and WhatsApp Business (Meta Cloud API). Rate limiting and account lockout guard against brute-force attempts.
Razorpay integration for maintenance billing and onboarding, with webhook signature verification and idempotent transaction handling. Razorpay Route handles society KYC and split payments to each society's own bank account.
Event-driven architecture using Spring Application Events and RabbitMQ, with dead-letter queues, to decouple notifications from core transactions. ShedLock keeps automated monthly billing safe across instances.
Traced and fixed infinite JSON recursion (StackOverflowError) by mapping entities to DTOs. @Transactional enforces atomic rollbacks on financial operations.
Built an analytics dashboard, CSV billing exports hardened against formula injection, and QR-code-verifiable digital payment receipts.
